PURCHASING GUIDE ON SMARTBEDDING

I. ORDER PROCESS 

• Step 1: Choosing your desire product by clicking in the image or the product name to access to the Product details page.
• Step 2:
  • ​Checking the product information
  • Choosing the desire quantity
• Step 3: Clicking  “ADD CART”

          You can also click on the button “ADD CART” in Product page for quick purchasing.

 

* For multi-items purchasing in Cart, you can click “BUY MORE”.

• Step 4: Click “CHECK OUT” to place your order

II. CHECK OUT PROCESS

When collecting all the products you want into the CART, click “CHECK OUT” to come to these steps below.

There are three convenience ways to check out. 

First way: Pay by bank transferring

- When coming to the check out page, choosing the bank transferring payment. Please add the transferring code SMD - [Your Mobile No.] - [Your name] to the Vietcombank account

- After receiving your money, we will contact you within 24 hours (exclude Satuday & Sunday). 

Second way: Pay via OnePay

             - Step 1: Choosing your bank

- Step 2: Input the Card Name, Card No. and Issued Date and Click “Process to check out"

- Step 3: Input the security code:

              - Step 4: Input the transaction code and click "Payment"

              - Step 5: Input the transaction code and click "Payment"

Third way: Cash on delivery

- After placing your order, we will delivery to your address and collect the money. This way is only applied within Ho Chi Minh City.

III. DELIVERY TIMELINE 

1. Ho Chi Minh City: 
   - Within 48 hours from the time we receiving your order.
2.  Outside Ho Chi Minh City:
   - Within 7 days from the time we receiving your order ​

III. DELIVERY FEE:

1. Ho Chi Minh City: Free
2. Outside Ho Chi Minh City:
   • 3-5 item set: VND 50.000/set
   • ​6 item set: VND100,000/set
   • Mattress: VND1,000,000/item
